We collect the following information when you use CloseCombat:

• Account information: Name and email address provided at signup
• Session data: Transcripts, scores, difficulty settings, and outcomes from your training sessions
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session frequency

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the Service
• Generate your performance scores and debrief feedback
• Display team leaderboards (first name and stats only, visible to your team members)
• Send transactional emails (verification, password reset)
• Process payments and manage credits
• Prevent fraud and abuse

3. Voice and Session Data

Voice calls are processed in real time by our AI provider (Vapi). Session transcripts are stored to generate your debrief scores and display your history. We do not sell your session content to third parties.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vapi — real-time voice AI processing
• Anthropic — AI scoring and feedback generation
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and data handling practices.

5. Team Leaderboards

If you join a team, your display name, session count, average score, and close rate are visible to other members of your team on the leaderboard. Your email address is never shared with other users.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Session transcripts and scores are kept indefinitely to provide your performance history. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

9. Your Rights
