No vague feedback. No waiting for a manager. The moment a session ends, you get a full AI debrief — scored across five dimensions, with a single coach directive you can act on before your next call.

Calls debriefed
Most reps get feedback once a month in a 1:1, on a call from three weeks ago they barely remember. By then the habits are set. The reps who improve fastest get real feedback immediately after every single call — and most teams have no mechanism to deliver that at scale. A manager can't debrief 50 sessions a week. CloseCombat can.

Why it works
Every call is scored across Rapport (did you build trust fast enough?), Discovery (did you ask before you pitched?), Objection Handling (did you address the concern or deflect it?), Closing (did you push for the next step?), and Pacing (did you let the call breathe or bulldoze it?). Each out of 100. Strongest and weakest dimensions are called out immediately so you know exactly which area is costing you deals — not a gut feeling, a number with receipts.
Before anything else in the debrief, you see a single bold instruction: the one thing to fix before your next call. Not five things. Not a long summary you'll skim. One thing, written specifically about what you said in that session — not pulled from a generic coaching library. "You pitched before you asked a single qualifying question. Next call, ask one discovery question before your first value statement." That's the level of specificity.
Every objection the prospect raised is scored individually from 0–100. You see exactly what you said, what a stronger response looks like, and a label — "Needs work," "Decent," "Solid," or "Strong." Below 70 on any objection gets a direct drill link so you can practice that specific response in isolation until it's locked in. The gap between what you said and what you should have said is always visible and always actionable.
Positive moments where you built real momentum, missed opportunities where a different line would have changed the direction of the call, and critical turns where you lost it — all timestamped and labeled. You're not reading a vague summary. You're looking at a map of your call and seeing the exact moment things went sideways, what you said, and what would have kept it on track.

Session ends
The call wraps and the full transcript is captured in real time — every line, both sides, in order.
AI scores your session
Claude analyzes pacing, discovery quality, objection handling, rapport signals, and closing technique against the pipeline stage and difficulty you were practicing. Takes under 30 seconds.

Common questions
How accurate is the AI scoring?
Accurate enough to identify real patterns — not a perfect replacement for an expert coach, but consistently better than no feedback at all. The scoring is calibrated by pipeline stage and difficulty level, so a cold call is scored differently from a proposal review. The coach directive and objection breakdown are generated from your actual transcript, not from generic templates.
Can I see sessions from weeks ago?
Yes. Every session is saved to your history and accessible from the Sessions tab in your dashboard. You can review any past debrief, compare scores over time, and track improvement across specific dimensions.
Do managers see my debrief scores?
If you're on a team, your manager can see your session history and scores in the team dashboard. If you're an individual user, your debriefs are private.
What if I disagree with the score?
The score is an AI's interpretation of the transcript — it's not infallible. Use it as a signal, not a verdict. If your discovery score is consistently low, that's information worth taking seriously even if a specific session feels off.
