What file formats are supported?

Most common audio and video formats work — MP4, MP3, M4A, WAV, and standard Zoom or Google Meet exports. If you're unsure, try uploading — AssemblyAI handles most formats without conversion.

How accurate is the speaker labelling?

AssemblyAI's diarization is strong on two-speaker calls — the standard sales call format. Performance can vary on calls with background noise or very short speaker turns, but for a typical prospect call it's accurate enough to follow the full conversation.

Can my manager see my uploaded calls?

If you're on a team plan, managers can see that a call was uploaded and its debrief score. The actual audio file is never stored — only the transcript and scores are retained, protected by row-level security.

Is there a file size limit?

Uploads are capped at 500MB, which covers most call recordings up to about two hours. If your file is larger, export a trimmed version of the relevant portion.
