Does the prospect know I'm using it?
No. Live Assist runs in a browser tab on your screen — it has no audio output and no connection to the prospect's audio feed. From their perspective, it's a completely normal call.
What call setups does it work with?
Any call where audio plays through your computer. Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, phone calls via a softphone or headset — if your microphone captures both sides of the call, Live Assist can transcribe it. No dialer integration required.
How fast are the suggestions?
Typically within two to four seconds of the prospect finishing a sentence. The transcription updates in real time as they speak, so the AI has full context before the suggestion is generated. Fast enough to be useful, not so fast it's a distraction.
